BULL DOCK's Z1000J

It's the GT-M (Geniune Tuning Machine) of Kawasaki Z1000J, a Z-series complete custom by BULL DOCK. The displacement has increased to 1200cc using Pistal Racing forged pistons and Ductile sleeves. The carburetors are TMR, and the exhaust system features the reliable Win Mccoy Titanium Exhaust. Other features include optimal dimensions with 17-inch front and rear wheels, a Mccoy swingarm, adjustable offset stem, and LAVORANTE forged aluminum wheels - all familiar components in the GT-M lineup.

What sets it apart this time is the combination of the bodywork and the round-shaped headlight. BULL DOCK has also customized the color scheme according to the customer's order. Just like each individual part, the color scheme is considered one aspect of customization. The "familiar components" mentioned earlier contribute to the unique customization. As for the engine specifications, the current GT-M offers a 1200cc engine using 76mm pistons, which is a practical displacement. However, there are also options for larger displacements such as 1230cc (77mm pistons) and 1260cc (78mm pistons). The TMR carburetors now include a 36mm option. A few years ago, it would have been considered difficult to install a 1200cc engine, but the GT-M by BULL DOCK has shown progress, making it easily usable in various conditions. It seems that BULL DOCK will continue to update GT-Ms of Z-series and air-cooled models in the future.

Bodyworks

An idea for a fresh Z1000J custom with angular tank, round headlights, and a bikini cowl.

The owner also requested a color scheme that incorporates the Z1000R's lines, with white as the base color.

The inside of the bikini fairing features a carbon inner panel that doubles as a meter panel. It has been custom-made to accommodate the ULTRA tachometer, Active Multimeter, and Yoshimura PRO-GRESS meter. The left and right master cylinders are equipped with Brembo radial calipers, and the stems are BULL DOCK's original design with Mccoy-brand adjustable types.

The blinkers are made by ACTIVE and they are seamlessly integrated into the body, providing a sleek appearance. The rear blinkers are positioned on the sides of the license plate, while the front ones are located on the sides of the oil cooler.

Engine

The frame and engine are based on the current GT-M standard. The engine is derived from the Z1000J but modified with PISTAL Racing Φ76mm pistons, increasing the displacement to 1197cc. It is also equipped with a twin-plug head and other components. The carburetor used is the TMR Φ36mm, which is appropriately sized for the engine.

Chassis

The front fork is the NITRON NTR43 Mccoy Special Tune model. The front and rear wheels are forged aluminum LAVORANTE wheels, with sizes of 3.50-17 and 6.00-17, respectively.

The swingarm is a Mccoy-brand made from 7N01 aluminum alloy. The exhaust system features an internal 4-2-1 configuration and utilizes a Win Mccoy titanium full exhaust. It is paired with a circular-type gradient titanium silencer from Win Mccoy.

The rearsets used are specifically designed for the Z1000J by BULL DOCK Win Mccoy. The sprocket shaft is supported both internally and externally with an offset sprocket outboard kit.
