Upgrade for Both Sharpness And Comfort: GSX-R1000R Custom

TG-RUN's GSX-R1000R

TG-RUN Version up Complete lineup. This time, we would like to introduce the Suzuki GSX-R1000R. The brakes are Brembo radial masters with the same racing monoblock calipers and SunStar Omega discs used in the Japanese championship. The wheels are forged magnesium Machesini M10R wheels with 10-spoke design, Ohlins FGR&T front forks, Ohlins TTX rear forks, and the latest titanium exhaust from K-Factory.

Although the high quality products are chosen anyway, there are other points to be considered. The rear shocks have been internally modified and set up, and the front forks have been lowered by approx. 20mm. According to Mr. Sugimoto, representative of TG-RUN, one of the main reasons for this was to give the small owner a better feeling of security by giving him a more solid footing. By not only lowering the height but also setting up the vehicle properly (this is important to make the vehicle cohesive), there will be more safety without causing any riding problems at all. The simple step shape and the TG-RUN Sport & Comfort Seat, which offers high quality seating comfort, together with the foot handling, make it possible to enjoy super sports with ease.

Bodyworks

The windshield with carbon trim is by Magical Racing. The black and red color scheme is stock coloring for the 2019 model.

The seat is a precursor to TG-RUN's original, commercialized as the "TG-RUN Sports & Comfort Seat". It uses newly developed low resilience urethane and has a different shape to enhance seating comfort and holding.

Handle

The top bridge is a TG-RUN GP type. The front master cylinder is Brembo, and the clutch holder is Gale Speed.

Engine

Upper and lower two-stage radiators. Radiator core guards are made of stainless steel by Etching Factory. These hard-to-see parts are also taken into consideration.

Intake & Exhaust

The hexagonal silencers machined from aluminum front and rear and the dazzling gold-colored exhaust are K-Factory's racing support titanium.

Chassis

Carbon parts such as side covers, front fenders, and rear inner fenders were selected from Magical Racing's to enhance the quality and reduce weight. The left and right engine cover sliders are made by GB Racing.

The rear shocks are Ohlins TTX with internal modification and setup. This and the front protrusion lowered the bike by 20mm.

The 3.50-17/6.00-17 size front and rear wheels are Marchesini magnesium forged M10R. The combination of GSX-R1000R and Ohlins FGR&T forks is TG-RUN's specialty. The front brake is Brembo Monobloc 4P + Sunstar Omega discs, and all the bolts around the brakes are Beta Titanium 64 Titanium. The fork sliders are from K-Factory.

The steps are also equipped with the "TG-RUN Riding Rearset Kit GSX-R1000/R 2017~", which greatly enhances rigidity and operability and is suitable for sport riding with 5 adjustable positions.
