Wedge Motorcycle's SR400

The SR400 (1JR), with front and rear drum brakes, is a popular custom base. However, it has been more than 20 years since the model change, and the number of extremely good condition SR400s has been decreasing in recent years. Handle

The compact bottom-mounted headlights create a front view with a high street style. The blinkers are frame-mounted for simplicity.

The handlebar area is also extremely simple. A very natural riding position is expected, neither too high nor too low.

Bodyworks

Early model narrow tank painted by Wedge Motorcycle. The coloring and design is not too flashy, but has a strong presence.

The seat rail is looped and a compact one-off seat has been installed. This is a detail that follows the rules of street customization.

The rear fender is also a one-off. The small tail fender fits in well with the overall style.

Engine

The engine, while stock, has been overhauled and repainted. The covers have been polished and are now even better quality than when brand new.

Chassis

The stock wheels are powder coated to create a different atmosphere from standard wheels. As with the exterior, this detail is not flashy, but it does create a strong sense of presence.

The IKON suspension matches the simple chassis. It is a good product that combines performance and looks.
