Honda Vietnam held the final round of the "2026 Excellent Customer Service Staff Contest" for its network of authorized dealers and service centers at its factory in Phu Tho Province on August 15, 2026. A total of 10,653 people nationwide entered, and 55 selected finalists competed in service techniques and customer service skills across five divisions.

Competition of Customer Service and Technical Skills with Over 10,000 Participants Nationwide
Honda Vietnam held its annual customer service staff contest again this year with the aim of improving the quality of after-sales service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This competition is an initiative to comprehensively evaluate knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities in order to enhance support throughout all stages of the customer's vehicle purchase journey, from before purchase to after purchase.
In the preliminary rounds that began in May 2026, 10,653 staff members from all over Vietnam participated. The breakdown is as follows: 5,720 Service Engineers, 1,732 Chief Service Engineers, 96 Mid Fun Service Engineers for mid-class vehicles, 1,867 Parts Staff, and 1,238 Customer Care Staff. The 55 finalists who passed the preliminary rounds advanced to the final competition held at the Honda Vietnam factory in Phu Tho Province.
13 Winners Selected in 5 Divisions; Top Performers Advance to Asia-Pacific Competition
The final competition featured contests in all five divisions: "Excellent Chief Service Engineer," "Excellent Service Engineer," "Excellent Mid Fun Service Engineer," "Excellent Parts Staff," and "Excellent Customer Care Staff." In addition to written exams, participants demonstrated their specialized skills through situational responses and presentations simulating actual work scenarios.
As a result of the competition, a total of 13 outstanding individuals were honored across all five divisions. The top three winners in each division received Honda scooters and mopeds (SH mode, Air Blade 125, Vision 110cc, Wave RSX) as prizes. Additionally, all participants who reached the finals were awarded an e-voucher worth 2,000,000 Vietnamese Dong (approximately 12,000 JPY) usable on the Honda Vietnam app.
The winners of the Chief Service Engineer and Service Engineer divisions earned the right to represent Honda Vietnam in the "Asia-Pacific Excellent Service Engineer Contest 2026" scheduled to be held in Indonesia in mid-November 2026.
