Installing the 1st Place "Red Pad"!

I have long been interested in the popular and well-known "red pads" that took first place. Since the pads on my commuter scooter, which has traveled over 20,000km, have reached their limit, I decided to replace them.

Due to time constraints, I was not able to take many pictures, but after cleaning and reassembling, the installation was complete!

What do I need to take care of after replacing the pads?

After the pads are replaced, apply the brakes slowly and gently in order to get a good contact with the disc rotor. At this stage, the performance of the pads will not be maximized, so don't say, "The brakes don't work!" and go throwing away your brake pads or anything.

After riding about 20 or 30 kilometers, I applied the brakes a little harder. There was no sharp initial braking, and I got the impression that the overall braking power had increased. It is "just right" for commuting. I will test the durability in the future, and am looking forward to the results.
