Triumph's Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200 series are now available in new variations, the Alpine Edition and Desert Edition. These special models are fully equipped and ready to lead riders on new adventures.

Two special editions with exclusive equipment and coloring

Triumph introduces two new Tiger adventure bike editions, the "Alpine Edition" and the "Desert Edition," designed to conquer two of the world's most extreme and diverse environments. The two editions are available for both the Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200 and feature enhanced specifications, coloring with exclusive graphics, and attractive pricing. The Alpine and Desert Editions of the Tiger 900 will be the first Triumph adventure bikes to be fitted with Akrapovic silencers as standard. The Alpine Edition and Desert Edition also feature an engine guard and fuel tank guard, respectively, for improved off-road durability. Heated or low seats are also available as accessories for riders who want additional comfort and security. Each edition will be available in one color scheme: Snowdonia White/Graphic Black/Aegean Blue for the Alpine Edition and Urban Gray/Sapphire Black for the Desert Edition.

Each special edition of the Tiger 1200 comes standard with heated seats for rider and passenger, blind spot assist, and lane change assist. Two color schemes are available for each edition: Satin Crystal White and Ash Gray for the Alpine Edition, and Satin Crystal White and Ash Gray for the Desert Edition. The Desert Edition comes in Satin Crystal White and Crystal White.

Powered by a parallel three-cylinder engine synonymous with Triumph

The Tiger series features a triple engine with Triumph's unique T-plane crank. At lower rpms, the engine offers the handling and character of a twin engine, while at higher rpms it delivers the exhilarating performance of a triple engine. This unique design allows for smooth mid-range acceleration and precise torque delivery, giving the rider confidence and control in all riding conditions. The "Tiger 900" series is the benchmark in the middleweight adventure category: the 888cc triple engine delivers 108 PS of maximum power at 9500 rpm and 90 Nm of maximum torque at 6850 rpm. The Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200 are designed for strength, control, and durability. All models feature a cast aluminum, double-sided swingarm for stability and precision, a high-performance Brembo braking system for superior stopping power, and a damper-equipped handlebar mounting system for improved comfort on long rides. The Desert Edition is equipped with spoked wheels with tubeless tires for better performance on rough terrain, providing a sense of security on a wide range of road surfaces.

The suspension of the "Tiger 900" is optimized for each model application. The "Tiger 900 Alpine Edition" uses Marzocchi 45mm inverted forks with manually adjustable rebound and compression damping and 180mm of travel. The rear suspension is a Marzocchi unit with 170 mm of travel. The Tiger 900 Desert Edition features a Showa 45mm upside-down fork with 240mm of travel for extreme off-road riding. The rear suspension is also equipped with Showa units and offers 240 mm of travel. The braking system features a 320mm double disc with Brembo Stylema calipers at the front and a single 255mm disc at the rear. Tires are Metzler Tourance Next tires on the Alpine Edition and Bridgestone Battlax Adventure tires on the Desert Edition, which provide excellent grip on all surfaces. On all "Tiger 900" and "Tiger 1200" Special Edition models, riders can benefit from additional features designed to enhance comfort, handling, and security. All Tiger series models come standard with Triumph Shift Assist for seamless gear changes and a 7-inch full-color TFT instrument display with clear, intuitive information displays and riding modes. The Alpine Edition features five riding modes, while the Desert Edition adds an "Off-Road Pro Mode" for a total of six riding modes. Special editions of the Tiger 1200 offer even more rider-focused technology and protection. Both the Alpine Edition and Desert Edition come standard with heated rider and passenger seats for added comfort. In addition, the "Active Preload Reduction" feature allows the bike to be lowered by up to 20 mm when stopped, in addition to the adjustable seat height.
