Here is a "SUZUKI GSX-R1000" custom by Webike community user "Takapi". The owner appreciates the GSX-R1000 for its sleek design, responsive engine, strong high-rev punch, and surprisingly good fuel efficiency. Having ridden various superbikes, the owner also finds the riding position more comfortable than other supersports, despite the lower clip-on handlebars. Developed with a consistent focus on enhancing track performance, the bike handles sharply, making corners feel light and nimble, offering an exhilarating ride. However, the owner mentions that the stock rear suspension is quite stiff, which causes it to pick up minor bumps on city roads. To address this, the owner plans to install an OHLINS rear suspension.

A track enthusiast, the owner has equipped the bike with a YOSHIMURA R-11 Cyclone Slip-on Exhaust. It preserves the low-end torque characteristics of the stock exhaust while delivering more power in the mid-to-high rpm range. By balancing performance enhancements, such as weight reduction, lean angle optimization, and improved aerodynamics with sleek design, the exhaust further boosts the GSX-R1000's race-ready look and feel.

At the rear, the owner installed an ACTIVE Fender Eliminator Kit to give the bike a more agile, streamlined look. Made from aluminum, it offers greater durability compared to resin alternatives. To protect the radiator from small stones kicked up by the front tire and minimize clogging of the radiator fins from airborne dust, the bike is also fitted with YOSHIMURA Radiator & Oil Cooler Core Protectors. These not only help maintain optimal cooling performance but also satisfy the sense of ownership with the YOSHIMURA logo subtly peeking from the front.
