[New Competition Model] "The 450 is Back" "There's a 2-Stroke Too" Husqvarna Announces 2027 Cross-Country Models "TX 300", "FX 350", and "FX 450"

KTM Japan has announced three 2027 cross-country models from Husqvarna: the "TX 300", "FX 350", and "FX 450". The FX 450 makes a comeback, with prices starting from 1,369,000 yen, and will be released sequentially starting September 2026.

Equipped with a New Design Frame and WP Suspension

The 2027 cross-country series features a new white powder-coated frame. Additionally, it is equipped with WP XACT 48mm closed cartridge spring forks and WP XACT rear shocks, providing stable damping performance and high reliability across diverse road conditions in demanding cross-country races.

The suspension utilizes Dunlop Geomax AT82 tires, and premium components such as Brembo brakes, ProTaper handlebars, Twin Air air filters, and ODI grips are standard. The ergonomic design, considering fatigue reduction and traction improvement, supports riders even during long races.

Lineup Includes 3 Models: 2-Stroke and 4-Stroke

The model lineup consists of three models: the 2-stroke TX 300, and the 4-stroke FX 350 and the returning FX 450. The TX 300 is equipped with Throttle Body Injection (TBI) for powerful yet controllable output. The 4-stroke models feature electronic control systems including a quickshifter, traction control, and two engine maps. Furthermore, the 4-stroke models support engine characteristic adjustments using the optional Connectivity Unit Offroad and the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app.

The planned release dates and manufacturer's suggested retail prices are: TX 300 scheduled for September 2026 at 1,369,000 yen, FX 350 scheduled for October 2026 at 1,509,000 yen, and FX 450 scheduled for October 2026 at 1,666,000 yen (all prices include tax). These models are covered by a premium manufacturer's warranty with a 1-year warranty period.
