Race Situation and Points Battle After Round 12 British GP

At Round 12 of the 2026 MotoGP season, the Silverstone (British GP), Jorge Martin of Aprilia Racing showed his strength by taking pole position, winning the sprint race, and finishing second in the main race. This result extended Martin's lead at the top of the standings to 31 points. Additionally, Raul Fernandez of SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team secured his second career victory in the main race, becoming the seventh different winner this season.

The championship battle is extremely fierce, with the gap between the leader Martin and the rider in fourth place being within 41 points. Within the Aprilia camp, Marco Bezzecchi has moved up to second in the rankings, and Ai Ogura, who retired due to a crash in the previous round, is also within 37 points of the leader. The tense competition continues, where even a small loss of points can significantly impact a rider's position.

At the Motorland Aragon (Spain), the venue for Round 13, great expectations are placed on Marc Marquez of Ducati Lenovo Team.
