British, cyberpunk, neo-cafe, and painted bikes. There is a custom SRX600 that combines these seemingly unrelated cultures into a single worldview. In this issue, we would like to introduce "Evil Rabbit," a unique custom that is filled with the owner's "likes!

The SRX600, a lightweight big single sport

The SRX600, introduced in the 1980s, is a sports model with an air-cooled single-cylinder engine mounted on a lightweight chassis. It was characterized by its simple but fun-to-drive design, including a kick-start-only configuration without a cell starter and a slim, compact chassis. Unlike the SR series, which is also a single-cylinder model, but more along the lines of the classic SR series, the SRX is known as a model with a more sporty character. Based on the SRX600, this vehicle has been customized with a unique world view.

From a yearning for a big single to the SRX

UZK, the owner of the SRX600, says that he chose the SRX600 because of the SR riders close to him. I became interested in big singles because of the influence of an SR rider who is a good friend of mine," UZK said. I didn't have a license for a large motorcycle, so I decided to ride the biggest single-cylinder I could find." That's when he chose the SRX600. The fact that it was the largest displacement kick-start-only motorcycle on the market from a Japanese manufacturer was a deciding factor. Instagram "UZK-san" https://www.instagram.com/hexx_xuzk

Full cowl with a rabbit head motif

The most distinctive feature of this vehicle is the full cowl, which can be said to be original. The base was a race cowl from the HONDA NSR250R (MC21), known as a racer replica. The cowl was reshaped to fit the slim SRX body, and modified to look like a rabbit's head to match the "Evil Rabbit" name of the custom. This was the first time for him to modify FRP, and he says he enjoyed the process of trial and error to achieve the current shape. The name "Evil Rabbit" was borrowed from the name of the earrings attached to the cowl.

Mix of parts from different manufacturers

This SRX incorporates many parts from different manufacturers and genres. The rear fender uses a genuine Husqvarna Vitpilen part. The oil cooler is from a Buell XB9S for added functionality. The unique feature of this model is that the stock silencer of the Honda CBR250RR is used as a heat guard. In addition, a variety of elements were combined in a unique balance, including: - NSR250R race cowl - THE SIMPLE tank cover - Single genuine seat - Automotive wheel covers - Original blinker lenses - MAD CULT Evil Rabbit earrings, and many more! The car is a unique combination of a variety of elements.

A tank cover with a character to watch over the tank.

The owner's favorite point is on the inside of the tank cover. When he is waiting at a traffic light, he looks down and sees his "favorite character" on the tank cover. When I look down at the tank cover when I'm calm, I see my favorite character, and it reminds me to drive safely. Customization is not only for appearance. The bike is also a small device that affects the rider's feelings.

A lifestyle for motorcycles

The owner has switched his car to a transporable vehicle as a way to maintain his motorcycle. He can retrieve them by himself in case of trouble, and he can also transport them to exhibition events in clean condition without worrying about the weather. This episode gives us a glimpse of his car-centered lifestyle.

Memories of international media coverage

As a commemoration of the completion of the project, the owner submitted photos to Pipeburn, an overseas custom motorcycle media outlet that he had been referencing for some time. Then, it was actually featured in the media. The owner's bike was featured in a media that introduces custom bikes from all over the world. It was a great memory for the owner. He freely mixes his favorite culture and creates his own unique style. This SRX600 "Evil Rabbit" is a bike that conveys the fun of custom bikes in a straightforward manner.
