Blue Lightning Racing (BLR) unveiled the i-CON Pro-Performance, a completely new version of the i-CON3, at the Nagoya Motorcycle Show. The new system allows for more full-scale settings by increasing the amount of data acquired compared to the previous system.
Newest product from the fuel adjustment specialist of the carburetor era!
Blue Lightning Racing (BLR) was founded by a professional racer who has pioneered engine tuning with chassis dynos since the 1990s. When engines switched from carburetors to FI, BLR released the "i-CON" and has continued to develop and make advancements from the original version 1 to version 3. This time at the Nagoya Motorcycle Show, they announced the "i-CON Pro-Performance," the fourth generation of their injection controllers.
The i-CON Pro-Performance is a sub-computer that is inserted between the throttle position (TP) sensor, negative pressure sensor, and ECU. i-CON Pro-Performance allows the fuel supply to be adjusted by correcting the intake air signal, which can solve the problem of slow engine rpm rise, as well as issues with power and torque that occur when changing out the exhaust or air cleaners. In addition, engine power increase can be expected. A new feature added to i-CON Pro-Performance is the increase to two input systems. Previously, only the TP sensor was available, but with Pro-Performance, the negative pressure sensor side can also be adjusted, enabling more precise FI control. The application is also more intuitive, so riders who want to improve their feeling should definitely give it a try.
