Here is a "KAWASAKI MEGURO K3" custom by Webike community user "Iggy". The owner, who believes "a motorcycle is a friend that enriches life," chose the MEGURO K3 because it is a classic bike that exudes warmth within its sense of luxury. Its distinctive silver mirror paint, which gives off a subtle, refined shine, and the three-dimensional emblems meticulously hand-finished by skilled craftsmen, all carry a unique warmth. Once he started riding it, he found the MEGURO K3 easy to enjoy both in the city and on longer tours—and especially fun to customize, with even small changes bringing noticeable and satisfying results. The ride is particularly fun at speeds under 80 km/h, and acceleration on winding roads feels just right. As a somewhat smaller rider, he’s highly satisfied with the excellent footing. For someone like him, seeking a bike that was both durable and easy to ride at a relaxed pace, the MEGURO K3 is the perfect fit. While it’s a bit of a shame that it only has five gears and could use more speed on highways, he remains positive, thinking that the limited high-speed range might actually enhance safety.

For the seat, the owner replaced the stock one with the POSH W1 Type Seat, a smaller tuck 'n roll model. The new seat is narrower than the stock one, eliminating the bulky feeling and further improving footing.

Additionally, he swapped out the handlebars for stock W800 Cafe handlebars and installed DAYTONA Heated Grips. Compared to the original MEGURO K3 handlebars, the new ones offer a more forward-leaning posture, reducing resistance during acceleration. The heated grips are much warmer than the stock ones and can be adjusted to five levels. The turn signal operation with the previous switch was awkward, but that issue has now been resolved—leaving the owner very satisfied with the upgrade.
