Kawasaki "VERSYS 650" 2027 Model to be Released October 1st, Overseas Colors Arrive in Japan! Price is 1,166,000 Yen

Kawasaki Motors Japan plans to release the 2026 model of its mid-class multi-purpose model "VERSYS 650" on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The colors and graphics have been changed from the previous model, and the price will be 1,166,000 yen.

A Mid-Class Multi-Purpose Model Boasting Excellent Equipment

The VERSYS 650 is a mid-class multi-purpose model equipped with a 649cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine tuned to emphasize low to mid-range torque. It features a slim and lightweight frame combined with an upright riding position.

In terms of equipment, it incorporates cowling and a windshield that provide excellent protection, a 20L fuel tank, and long-stroke suspension. It has a ground clearance of 170mm, giving it the potential to handle changes in road conditions.

It also features KTRC (Kawasaki Traction Control) to support the rider on slippery surfaces, and a 4.3-inch full-color instrument panel that can connect to a smartphone. ETC2.0 is also standard equipment.

Coloring Changed with New Colors Appearing

The main changes for the 2026 model are the renewal of colors and graphics. The coloring has been changed from the previous model.

The price is 1,166,000 yen, and it is scheduled to be released on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Sales will be exclusively at Kawasaki Plazas nationwide. Additionally, this model is designated as a "Kawasaki Care Model," which includes a free first inspection, as well as 3 years of free periodic inspections and oil changes.
