Surprisingly Fierce. Suzuki GSX-8R, a Little Surprised by its Speed [Webike My Bike Pickup]

This project features a "My Bike" picked from the Webike Community that caught the editorial team's attention. This time, we're featuring the SUZUKI "GSX-8R", owned by "Gakujin."

GSX-8R (770cc) Owner: Gakujin.

The Suzuki GSX-8R was introduced as a model equipped with a newly designed parallel twin-cylinder engine, capable of handling a wide range of riding from sport riding to touring. Its full-cowl design evokes the supersports of yesteryear while achieving the ease of use of a modern street sport. The lightweight and slim body, combined with an engine that delivers strong torque from low to mid-range speeds, makes its agile handling on winding roads a major appeal.

Gakujin., who we are featuring today, chose the GSX-8R as a replacement for the Hayabusa they previously owned. Their enjoyment of their beloved bike, named "ACNP-go," along with its vibrant orange color, is evident. They seem surprised by the gap in lightness and acceleration performance, which impresses even riders familiar with high-displacement bikes like the Hayabusa.
