Gear-Free Camping & Off-Road Test Rides with Instructors

Kawasaki Motors Japan Co., Ltd. and KUSHITANI Co., Ltd. hosted the collaborative event "Kawasaki | KUSHITANI Camp Ride" for two days, from Saturday, July 25th to Sunday, July 26th, 2026, at ONTAKE EXPLORER PARK in Otaki Village, Kiso District, Nagano Prefecture. This event was planned with the aim of enjoying an extraordinary experience in nature by combining camping and off-roading.

In collaboration with LOGOS CORPORATION, all participants received a "Camp Start Set" including a tent, sleeping bag, chair, and lantern. The 1-night, 2-day program included lectures, making it easy for even camping beginners to participate without bringing any gear. All provided equipment could be taken home by the participants.

For riding activities, test rides were offered for those new to or inexperienced with off-roading. A course was set up where participants could ride under the guidance of dedicated instructors. Test rides were conducted using models such as the KLX230 series and KLX140R L, as well as the four-wheeled off-road vehicle KFX.

A BBQ dinner using local ingredients was served for dinner, followed by a stargazing session where a "Star Sommelier" explained the night sky. Participants spent a relaxing time gazing at the starry sky in the midst of nature.

On the morning of the second day, a sea of clouds touring event was held, heading to an area over 2,000 meters above sea level by motorcycle or car. Participants enjoyed a special program savoring coffee while viewing the sea of clouds spreading out with the sunrise over Mt. Ontake. A colorful breakfast bento box was also provided, marking the end of the two-day event. The participation fee, which included the Camp Start Kit, free drinks, BBQ, and the second day's breakfast, was 77,000 yen (tax included) per person.
