The Tokyo Motorcycle Show was held from March 28-30, 2025, and displayed at ACTIVE's booth was an XSR900 customized with the motif of Yamaha's first 4-stroke model, the XS650.
The motif is a cafe racer derived from the XS650! This custom is easy even for beginners!

The XSR900, a 3-cylinder naked bike with a luxurious design and Yamaha CP-3 engine, is also popular as a base model for customization, and various parts are available from various companies. This show model is a demo bike that has been customized by ACTIVE and SW-MOTECH.
The motif is a cafe racer derived from the XS650, which was Yamaha's first 4-stroke model. The side covers shine in a green coloring reminiscent of the XS, and the red YAMAHA emblems on the tank are a clear homage. If the XS were to be revived in the modern age, it would probably look like this show model.
The concept is "light tuning and well-balanced customization that is easy to modify even for beginners," and the specifications allow the rider to envision a more concrete choice of touring items.
Parts made by 153GARAGE, ACTIVE's custom brand for neo-classic bikes, are also installed. The Top Bridge & Clip-on Handlebar Kit and Rearsets Kit create a classic yet luxurious feel. For the wheels, GALE SPEED's "Type-N" forged aluminum wheels are installed for a nostalgic look.

Other features include the SW-MOTECH tank ring, side racks, and bags to give the bike a tourer-like look. The Racing Line Exhaust by AKRAPOVIC was used to bring the neo-retro cafe style to the forefront.

It is also equipped with a number of practical parts that can be used as accents, such as a Performance Damper, undercowl, and engine sliders.
