Here is a "HONDA CB125R" custom by Webike community user "i4-Bandit". The owner had long admired Honda motorcycles in secret. Drawn to the bold design and well-equipped features of this bike, he finally decided to make the purchase. When he bought the bike new, he installed a BEAMS R-EVO Full Exhaust System right away. However, he was disappointed by how quiet the exhaust note was. He put up with it for a while, but then came across an Akrapovic-style carbon-look silencer on a certain online shopping site. He installed it himself, connecting to the BEAMS pipe. While he admits that the BEAMS setup looked better, the new silencer finally gave him the exhaust note he was looking for.

The stock rear fender covered up the bike’s impressively wide 150 section rear tire—an unfortunate design choice, considering it’s quite the standout feature for a 125cc bike. To fix this, he installed a M.A.D. Fender Eliminator Kit, giving the rear end a much cleaner look. The difference was like night and day. After removing the rear fender, the pink license plate (in Japan, 125cc bikes have pink plates) looked too exposed and gave off a cheap impression, so he added a black DAYTONA Aluminum License Plate Holder. The black color makes it look like a rear fender, creating a more cohesive look with the eliminator kit that he finds very satisfying.

One small change that had a big impact was the KITACO Aluminum Key Box Cover. The stock key box had a plain and flimsy appearance, but simply adding a gold-anodized ring transformed it into what the owner calls a "real ignition switch that gets you in the mood to ride."
