Webike's Opinion
Here is a "KAWASAKI W800" custom by Webike community user "Cho". The W800 was developed with a relentless focus on capturing the beauty and riding feel of vintage motorcycles. Its abundant use of metal components gives it an authentic, high-quality look. The owner’s photos clearly reflect his admiration for the mesmerizing gleam of the chrome-plated metal parts. Perhaps due to its vintage styling, he is often approached by elderly gentlemen and ladies who seem drawn to the bike’s classic charm.
To enjoy a different style, he opted for the KAWASAKI Cafe Style Set, achieving a cafe racer look. "Since it's a stock accessory, it seamlessly blends with the W's lines and atmosphere—effortlessly stylish and tastefully subtle," he remarks. Beyond just its design, he also appreciates the set’s high-quality construction and easy installation. The seat, in particular, is firm yet comfortable, with a slightly wider surface that makes it perfect for long-distance touring.
The stock exhaust was too gentle for the owner’s taste, lacking the visceral feel he wanted. He replaced it with a BEET NASSERT Exhaust, chosen for their reputation and understanding of W-series riders' needs. The result was the perfect sound and look, making every ride more rewarding. The titanium pipes not only add a striking heat-color accent but also reduce the weight by nearly 55%, from 14kg to 6kg.
One of the upgrades most praised by the owner is the K&H Heel Support, which he insists dramatically improves the riding experience. Combined with the cafe-style seat, it positions the knee pads perfectly for an ideal riding posture. He strongly recommends this heel support to fellow W800 riders, "Give it a try—you won’t regret it! It’ll make riding even more enjoyable."
