Honda Europe has announced the 2027 model of the "X-ADV," a unique model that blends the off-road capability of an adventure style with the convenience of a large scooter. While inheriting the exterior design refresh, the adoption of the environmentally friendly biomass plastic "Durabio," and advanced features such as the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) with improved low-speed control from the 2025 model, it will also feature new color variations.

X-ADV (2027) The X-ADV, significantly updated in the 2025 model, is an adventure scooter that boasts high popularity in Europe. This year's changes are limited to the color variations.

Honda's "X-ADV" is an innovative model that harmoniously blends the tough off-road capability of an adventure bike with the high practicality of a commuter. Since its debut in 2017, it has gained significant popularity, particularly in the European market, with cumulative sales of approximately 60,000 units.

The major update for the 2025 model saw the front mask design evolve into a sharper and more aggressive impression. A symbolic feature of this update is the dual LED projector headlights, which incorporate the world's first turn signal integrated daytime running lights (DRL). The "hidden eye" technology, which darkens the area around the projector lenses to emphasize the presence of the DRL, achieves both high visibility and a unique front face. All lighting is LED.

Furthermore, as part of Honda's commitment to reducing environmental impact, sustainable materials have been actively incorporated into the exterior parts. The front fairing and screen utilize "Durabio," a high-gloss biomass plastic developed by Mitsubishi Chemical.

In terms of equipment, the screen has been improved to allow for easy, one-handed adjustment of three height levels, offering a 139mm height difference and an 11-degree tilt angle between the highest and lowest positions to provide appropriate wind protection depending on the situation. The seat shape has been revised for better ground reachability, and comfort has been enhanced by increasing the urethane foam volume by 10%.

A USB Type-C socket, convenient for charging smartphones and other devices, is located in the 22-liter under-seat luggage space. The powertrain is equipped with a 745cc liquid-cooled inline 2-cylinder engine, delivering a maximum output of 43.1kW (58.6PS) and a maximum torque of 69Nm.

The 2027 model X-ADV will be available in a total of four new colors: three standard colors that further enhance its individuality, and one special edition with unique graphics. All of them are distinctive and feature graphics that make us hope for their introduction in Japan.
