The XSR155 is a light motorcycle model that, like the XSR125, is part of Yamaha's "Neo-Retro" XSR series, featuring a 155cc engine in the same chassis. Its liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine is equipped with the VVA (Variable Valve Actuation) system, which switches valve timing between low and high RPM ranges. Combined with its agile chassis, this makes it highly distinctive for its ability to provide a nimble ride in a wide range of situations, from city riding to winding roads.
