Here is a "YAMAHA Tenere700(XTZ690)" custom by Webike community user "ND08". The Tenere 700 was the owner’s new pick for tackling serious off-road adventures, including mountain trails. This model boasts a narrow body, a slim fuel tank, and a flat seat that maximizes agility, allowing the rider to grip the tank whether sitting or standing, giving added confidence on both dirt and asphalt. To cut down on weight, the exhaust was swapped out for an AKRAPOVIC Slip-On Line Exhaust. The owner is thrilled with its sleek design and the deep, resonant tone it produces. Plus, installation was a breeze.

Since off-road riding often involves falls and hard hits against trees, the rider and the bike are often exposed to danger. This Tenere 700 is equipped with ZETA Adventure Armor Handguards, which can be secured firmly to the handlebar, offering robust protection for both the rider’s hands and the levers. For the frame, a Y’S GEAR Engine Guard was added to protect the bike body and engine as much as possible. An AXP RACING Adventure Skid Plate was also installed on the front part of the underside of the bike to shield the exhaust pipes and frame from major impacts.

Finding the stock levers too long, the owner replaced them with the U-KANAYA Aluminum Billet Lever Set. The more hand-friendly size and closer lever position make it easier to apply pressure, improving control, and the hard anodized finish adds a touch of luxury to the look. To enhance performance when standing, ZETA Aluminum Foot Pegs were installed. These wide, grippy pegs provide great stability when standing. These customizations clearly reflect the owner’s enthusiasm for enjoying adventure to the fullest, while ensuring safety along the way.
