Proto Releases "Old Style Sofa Seat" for REBEL1100 with Enhanced Cushioning, Front and Rear Seat Set

Proto Co., Ltd. has newly released a product for the Honda REBEL1100 as the second installment of the "Old Style Sofa Seat Tandem Seat Set," specially ordered from G-craft ASIA. It features a cushioning structure with increased thickness compared to the normal seat and a classic design, priced at 41,800 yen (tax included).

Design Inspired by the First Generation Rebel and Revised Riding Position

As the second installment in Proto's "Old Style Sofa Seat Tandem Seat Set" series, a new model for the Honda REBEL1100 has been added to the lineup. This product is a custom part planned with the concept of "Let's go out and have fun together!" In terms of design, it pays homage to the first-generation Rebel of the 1990s, with classical decorations such as stud processing on the seat surface and belt arrangement on the tandem seat part.

In terms of functionality, the cushioning has been improved by increasing the thickness compared to the normal seat, aiming to alleviate buttock pain during long rides. Additionally, the seat position is designed so that the rider is positioned slightly forward towards the tank, and the company states that this ensures ease of footing and optimizes the position for smaller riders.

The product is manufactured by Proto through a special order to G-craft ASIA, and is offered as a front and rear seat set including the main seat and tandem seat. A tandem belt is included, and the price is 41,800 yen (tax included).
