On July 21, 2026, Honda Vietnam announced the 2027 model of the new scooter "Vario 125," which combines a sporty appearance with environmental performance. This model will be released in Vietnam in August 2026. The major features include a new 125cc engine that complies with the Euro 4 emission standards and the addition of a "Street" version, which is the first in the series to adopt open handlebars.

Improved Convenience with Euro 4 Compliant Engine and Advanced Features

Honda Vietnam has announced the 2027 model of its new scooter, the "Vario 125." To balance environmental consideration with excellent running performance, this model is equipped with a new 125cc engine that complies with Euro 4 emission standards. Combined with an idling stop system that automatically stops the engine when stationary to reduce fuel consumption and noise, it achieves high fuel efficiency and reduced environmental impact. This is also part of Honda Vietnam's initiative to realize a sustainable mobility society.

Utility for everyday use has also been significantly enhanced. The instrument panel features a full LCD digital meter that allows for intuitive checking of essential information such as speed, mileage, and fuel consumption. The under-seat storage space has a capacity of 18 liters, providing ample storage for a half-face helmet and small items, comfortably supporting daily commutes, school runs, and shopping trips.

Furthermore, the front charging port has been upgraded from the conventional Type-A to Type-C, allowing for faster and smarter charging of electronic devices such as smartphones. The smart key system is also equipped, enhancing daily usability and parking security with remote vehicle location, answer-back function, and anti-theft alarm features. A multi-purpose hook is also placed on the front for easy attachment of baggage.

The suspension features sporty cast wheels combined with wide tubeless tires, ensuring excellent running stability and road tracking. The braking system incorporates wave-shaped front disc brakes and a front-rear linked combined braking system, improving control during deceleration. The lighting system uses full LED lights with a distinctive V-shaped signature design, providing high visibility at night and a modern appearance. The flat floorboard offers ample legroom, contributing to a comfortable ride.
