OHNO-SPEED produces original parts mainly for Suzuki's famous "KATANA" and GS series. All of the parts are made using the know-how of a famous tuner, and are of high quality and sturdy construction. They also make custom parts for the current KATANA.

Even a single screw

OHNO-SPEED is in the business of metal processing and repair. For full customs they only work on GSX-S models, but if a customer brings in individual parts, they can do special work such as metal processing and welding repair.

For processing or repair of individual parts, they accept requests for any model and work with any kind of metal, including titanium, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, and cast parts. They also have a wide selection of original parts. Whether the job is large or small, or even if you just need a single screw, OHNO-SPEED is the place to go.

Special Work

OHNO-SPEED customizes parts exclusively for riders according to their needs. By modifying the stock swingarm to take advantage of its lightness and strength that matches the steel frame, customers can achieve a balance that surpasses that of aftermarket swingarms.

They also make one-off swingarms, but in general, if the swingarm has two-wall reinforcement, the weight ends up being more than twice that of the stock swingarm.

The strength of the swingarm will also be 1.5 times the strength of the main tube on a steel frame model, so the frame also needs to be strongly reinforced. For customers who don't need that much strength, those who only want to do partial modifications, or those who like the high precision of the stock part, OHNO-SPEED's swingarm modifications are the perfect option.

GSX-S Maniac Exhaust System

This exhaust system is designed completely for enthusiasts.

Respecting the stock form, the silencer length and shape are traced. The exhaust pipe features a single-layer wrap, resulting in remarkably lightweight construction compared to stock. Access to the oil filter and oil drain bolt is possible while installed, and a center stand can be equipped.

A notable feature is that it is designed so that the silencers can be removed alone, which is something that is troublesome with the stock exhaust where the pipes and silencers are integrated. The end caps also reproduce the "lotus root" design. The height of the cylinder heads and the angle at which the exhaust rises are also perfectly traced, so there are separate products for the 1100/1000 and the 750, as these dimensions differ between the models.

The stock sound is perfectly reproduced, while performance itself is enhanced with modern technology. Even just blipping the throttle at idling delivers startlingly responsive tracking.

Hybrid Main Harness

A limited number of units are produced annually, and an exclusive color wiring diagram is included.

A main harness kit made using the same manufacturing method as stock. This is an enhanced version that improves on the weak points of the stock harness, and incorporates two accessory power circuits and a service circuit for professional mechanics.

Power-Slider

This product was developed under real-world conditions, crash tested with serious injuries, and underwent a long development period. The front engine hanger is rubber-mounted to reduce unpleasant vibrations when riding and be gentle on the frame. It protects the body and crankshaft in the event of a fall. The engine mount is made from a 40mm thick ingot and is very strong.

Long-life rubber bushings manufactured in Japan are inserted to reduce vibration and damage to the frame. The slider section has aluminum ends, which greatly reduces the sliding distance in the event of a fall. This minimizes damage to the body.
