[New Overseas Model] "Honda Vario 160" Gets 3 New Colors in Malaysia! Matte Black and More Added

Boon Siew Honda in Malaysia announced the addition of three new colors to its 157cc scooter, the "Vario 160," on July 24, 2026. The price is 10,498 Malaysian Ringgit (approximately 400,000 yen), and sales have begun at local dealerships.

High Running Performance Brought by eSP+ Engine and Lightweight eSAF Frame

The "Vario 160," a highly popular scooter in Malaysia, is a model supported for its sporty character and high reliability.

The power unit is equipped with a 157cc "eSP+" engine that balances excellent environmental performance with dynamic performance. This engine has received the highest rating of 5 stars in the Malaysian Motorcycle Assessment Program (MyMAP) and achieves excellent fuel efficiency.

The frame uses Honda's proprietary "Enhanced Smart Architecture Frame (eSAF)". This achieves a lightweight body while realizing stable and agile handling performance.

For safety, ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) is standard equipment, along with Honda's Smart Key system for enhanced daily convenience, an under-seat storage space of 18 liters, and full LED lighting.

A color scheme that unifies the entire body in matte black, emphasizing a sharp and sporty impression.

Silver Blue

The sophisticated combination of silver and blue creates an urban and modern atmosphere.

Gray Gold

Based on a chic gray, gold accents are added to achieve a balance of luxury and individuality.
