The handlebar is Shabon Dama's original "Tackey Bar." It was initially designed as the optimal handlebar for ZRX1100/1200 customization but also fits the Zephyr with 17-inch wheels. The owner of this bike is in his 30s, which is considered young in today's motorcycle world. Handle

The meter is a Zephyr 1100 stock, and the steering stem is a Shabon Dama Short Offset Stem Kit Type 3 for Zephyr 1100 [Stock: 40 ->] 35mm. The handlebar is a "Tackey Bar" used in a pulled back and lowered position on this bike. The front brake master cylinder is a Brembo Corsa Corta, and the clutch master is a Brembo RCS.

Bodyworks

The seats are To's CUSTOM Supreme seats. This is another standard and a good part of the Shabon Dama Zephyr recommendation package.

Engine

The engine is a stock 1062cc Zephyr 1100 with a round type oil cooler installed. The exhaust system is a Shabon Dama original Weld Craft Titanium 3D Exhaust, and the oil pan has also been converted to a flat type to avoid interference at the merge area.

Intake & Exhaust

A TMR-MJN φ38mm carburetor was chosen. This is a part that will be adjusted to the engine's internal specifications and exhaust system.

Chassis

The steps are by NITRO RACING. The tubular steel double cradle frame and separate aluminum pivot plate are Zephyr 1100 stock.

The front forks are Ohlins RWU and the front brakes are Brembo axial calipers + Sunstar Works expanded discs.

The rear brakes are set with Brembo P234 calipers with active support, and the midsection of the torque rod that comes to the upper side has been modified to escape so that it does not interfere with the right edge of the tire. This is one of the modifications to put 6-inch wheels on stock swingarms. The brake discs remain stock.

The swing arm is a stock Zephyr 1100 set up with Ohlins shocks for the ZRX1200. The front and rear wheels are OZ Racing forged aluminum GASSRS-A with [3.00-18/4.50-17 ->] 3.50-17/6.00-17 sizes. The drive chain is a 530 size, in accordance with the stock on this bike.
