In this series, our editorial team selects and features “MY Bike” posts from the Webike Community. This time, we’re spotlighting the Yamaha “RZ350,” owned by “wing.”

RZ350 (350cc) Owner: wing

The “RZ350” is a two-stroke, twin-cylinder road sport model that debuted in 1980.Built on the same chassis as the “RZ250”—which sparked the racer replica boom—and equipped with a 350cc engine, this legendary Yamaha earned the nickname “750 Killer” for outpacing bikes with larger displacement engines.

After many years, wing-san finally acquired the RZ350 he had long admired since it was new and restored it to its former glory. His deep attachment to the bike he once owned seems to have inspired his current restoration plan.

His approach—which goes beyond simply making the bike look good to restoring its original performance and pursuing its authentic riding character—is a true expression of his deep love for classic motorcycles. We at the editorial department also feel that this kind of owner passion is crucial for passing on iconic bikes like the RZ350 to future generations.
