The MORIWAKI ONE-PIECE is a traditional exhaust that has been around from the very beginning of MORIWAKI's history. The Z900RS 23- ONE-PIECE BLACK is the latest addition to the lineup in this series of exhausts that have been passed down through the generations to the present day and continue to be used on many of the latest model bikes. It is designed to be both powerful and easy to ride in the practical street range, with enhanced low-speed torque and a smooth power feel up to the peak.

MORIWAKI, who celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2023, has made various types of exhausts to date. Among them, the MORIWAKI ONE-PIECE is a traditional exhaust that shares the same history as the brand itself. The Z900RS 23- ONE-PIECE BLACK is the newest representative of this series that has continued to the present day and continues to be used on many of the latest bikes.

One of the main points of this exhaust is its design. The latest model exhausts are subject to stricter exhaust gas and noise regulations, as well as exhaust heat and performance requirements, making the required exhaust size (pipe volume) larger. Even so, this exhaust has a slender form in order to maintain the naked style of the past.

In addition, it is equipped with unique mechanisms and structures that cannot be seen from the outside in order to meet various performance, sound, and regulatory requirements. For example, a "sub-silencer" is placed just after the merge collector on the inner side so that it is hidden behind the engine. The internal structure consists of two flow paths: a main path in which exhaust gas that has passed through the catalytic converter, installed just after the merge collector, flows directly through the main pipe, and a branch path that diverts gases to the sub-silencer. This structure helps the exhaust to perform various "jobs" such as muffling sound through contraction and expansion of gasses, and improving performance by securing pipe length. It is filled to the brim with MORIWAKI's creative ideas and technologies. In addition, this 4-in-1 style one-piece exhaust, in which the four front pipes merge into a single tail pipe, incorporates a partition called a "separator" for optimum output performance.
