NITRON MONO Shock R3 LIMITED EDITION

The British suspension manufacturer Nitron was founded in 2008. To commemorate their 25th anniversary, Nitron Japan, their importer and distributor in Japan, announced at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show a special "Limited Edition" rear shock for the Z900RS. This limited edition model will only have 300 sets available. It retains all the features of the R3 series, Nitron's flagship fully adjustable model, but with a black body and turquoise spring, a combination not normally found in the lineup. It also sports Nitron's first titanium-coated gold piston rod and the 25th anniversary logo on the reservoir tank and top cap, making it the perfect premium item for Z900RS owners.

At the end of the aluminum reservoir tank, a compression damping adjustment dial (16-level high speed/18-level low speed) can be seen. A mounting bracket and hydraulic preload adjuster dial also come standard and the 25th anniversary logo adds a special touch.

The 25th anniversary logo is also engraved with a milling machine on the top cap. The preload is, of course, seamlessly adjustable, as is the norm for high-end models.

Rebound damping can be precisely adjusted in 24 levels, and a height adjuster is also provided.

The titanium-coated gold piston rod gives it a luxurious look.
