PLOT Inc. has released the "EFFEX Easy Fit Bar Plus," a model-specific handlebar for the 2025 Yamaha MT-09/Y-AMT. In addition to a riding position that is slightly closer to the rider than stock, it also allows for fine-tuning of width and angle. It is priced at 10,780 yen (tax included) and is currently on sale.

"EFFEX," a brand developed by PLOT Inc., is a line of position-adjusting parts based on the concept of "minimum effort, maximum effect." They have released numerous items designed to help riders achieve their ideal riding position while respecting the original design philosophy of the motorcycle.

The newly released "Easy Fit Bar Plus" is a model-specific handlebar designed to provide comfortable operability by bringing the riding position slightly closer than the stock handlebar. In addition to the basic "slightly up/slightly back" position setting, it features a fine-tuning function that allows for "slight adjustments" to the handlebar width and angle.

This product is set to a position 7mm higher and 16mm further back compared to the stock handlebar, with a 2-degree increase in the pull-back angle. Because it is designed specifically for the model, the anti-rotation holes for the switch boxes are pre-drilled, eliminating the need for tedious positioning work. Furthermore, a major advantage is that it can be installed as a bolt-on, with no need to change cables such as brake hoses or various harnesses.

The material used is lightweight aluminum with an anodized finish. The outer diameter of the clamp section is φ28.6, the outer diameter of the grip section is φ22.2, and the inner diameter is φ14. It is available in three colors: silver, black, and gold, allowing you to choose according to your bike's color scheme and personal preference.
