Piaggio Group Japan has announced the 2026 models of Vespa's flagship "GTS" series and the classic 300cc "GTV" model. New colors and graphics have been introduced, and sales will begin on August 22, 2026, at Vespa authorized dealers nationwide.

2026 Models of the Gran Turismo Series Combining Water-Cooled Engines and Advanced Equipment

The Vespa "GTS" lineup includes 155cc and 278cc classes. While maintaining Vespa's characteristic styling, they also offer the latest in comfort.

The Vespa "GTV" features a distinctively retro style with fender lights and is equipped with the 300hpe engine, delivering 22 HP. It emphasizes sportiness.

Piaggio Group Japan has announced the 2026 models of the "GTS 150", "GTS 300 SuperSport", and "GTV 300" Gran Turismo models, which blend traditional style with modern technology. All models will feature new graphics and colors and will be available for sale nationwide at Vespa authorized dealers starting August 22, 2026.

The GTS series offers models with two types of water-cooled engines: a 155cc i-get single-cylinder engine and a 278cc 4-valve single-cylinder "300 HPE (High Performance Engine)". These models inherit the silhouette of the popular "PS" series of Vespa scooters while being equipped with a smart key system and full LED lights as standard, offering a combination of high maneuverability and practicality. The pricing is 649,000 yen for the 150 and 902,000 yen for the 300.

Meanwhile, the GTV 300 is based on the GTS 300 but features a distinctive styling and a high-performance 300 HPE engine that delivers over 22 horsepower. It is Vespa's flagship model, incorporating features like the "Farobasso" fender light reminiscent of 1930s Vespas and metal pipe handlebars, offering sharp performance that belies its appearance. The price is 924,000 yen.

Rich Color Lineup, True to Italian Scooters

The 2026 models come with a rich selection of new colors. The GTS 150 adds the new Innocente White and Passione Red. Combined with the existing Aborgente Beige and Amabile Green, there are a total of four colors available. The GTS 300 SuperSport features a new matte finish Traborgente Grey. With the glossy Innocente White and Eclettico Blue, there are three colors in total, all with new dedicated graphics.

The GTV300 offers an optional racing-style single seat and a rear seat fairing that matches the body color. The new color Ribelle Green joins the existing Aborgente Beige, making for a total of two colors in the lineup.
